Disruptive Academy wasn't born in an office. It was born in my life, in my breakdowns, in my decisions that no one understood.

I’m Sebastián Sann. Before living in Dubai or traveling the world, before having a global community and books in ten languages, I lived in a VW van with my partner, trying to figure out why, even though I was doing “everything right,” I still felt trapped. I had a huge inner fire, but it was extinguished by old beliefs, a fear of money, and a system that didn’t want me to think for myself.

Everything changed the day I stopped obeying and started creating from my own truth.

Disruptive Academy was born there: the moment I decided to break free from my programming and rebuild myself from scratch. Not from theory. From real experience: my crises, my mistakes, my quantum leaps, my decisions without guarantees.

I’m not a guru.

I’m not just another coach.

I’m someone who got tired of living asleep and chose to wake up.

 

What I teach here is what transformed me:

  • How I reprogrammed my relationship with money to make it an ally
  • How I transformed my books into a source of global impact and abundance
  • How I built a business that allows me to travel, create, and live in alignment with my values.

Something that gave this movement real life.
